They came very late, couple of hours before my flight.
i moved my house hold stuff on Nov 15th 2012,
Today (Dec 10th, 2012) I am still waiting, It has been more than three weeks they since picked up my stuff. I telephoned the dispatch/warehouse supervisor finally (very rude, and useless). He said my stuff is still in Austin warehouse (my origin)... and seems they dont have enough vechicles to cover long distance moves.
He said, they are going to start dispatch (Start) in two to three days....
Never Never Never Use this company. They are least bothered about customer problems. Drivers and movers will come to your house drunk for pick-up, and the works on documentation will make false promises, etc etc....
When you contact company they will say a different policy,
They have a lot of hidden communication.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
This company can never be a good moving company in my opinion.
I am counting days to recieve the stuff.
Marketting/sales Staff will give you wrong information, they will apologies in the last minute... etc etc etc...
HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY, there are a lots of best companies in Texas and Washington.
