Compass Van Lines is a solid company. I have heard several nightmares about using moving companies. I've heard about companies holding stuff hostage, or even just outright stealing things. If it wasn't absolutely necessary, I wouldn't have had used a mover period because of these fears. However, because of the amount of stuff I have, I was forced to use a mover. I talked to several companies and get a lot of bids. Some of the quotes were lower, but I didn't trust in their companies. I went with Compass Van Lines because it was easy to see that they were reputable online. I was still very nervous, but that was pointless. All my things arrived on time and in great condition. I nerves were a bit calmed when I saw them wrapping everything up so dillegently. I am relieved it's over, but I would recommend this company to anyone. They did take the stress out of moving a bit, and weren't much more expensive than renting a uhaul.
