I found this company to be extremely dishonest. They underbid everyone else and gave as an explanation that they were just trying to keep their employees employed in down economy. when movers showed up I was immediately told that the quote which was supposed to include putting property on truck taking it too their storage, unloading and storage was really only the cost of putting items on truck. Company then blatantly in writing lied to my credit card company saying i called and cancelled less than 72 hours and was told the cancellation fee would apply and I cancelled anyway. No such conversation ever took place. In all of may communications this company was extremely dishonest. I ended up having to pay $638 becuase they had my credit card. They performed no service whatsOever. BEWARE. IT STARTS WITH A DECEPTIVE NAME"BOSTON FLAT RATE MOVERS."
