I have scheduled my move with Best Moves One. On the day of the move, we were waiting for the movers to arrive in their allotted time: between 1pm and 2pm. We waited and waited, and called the dispatcher on 1:50pm; we were told that the movers are in delay, even though we asked in advance that they should be on time as our building allocates time for moving in and out. As we tried to insist, the dispatcher had forced our hand, and told us that he is canceling our scheduled move (even though it had actually passed); we had to be super nice and ask for them to come, and ask for favors from our superintendent to allow us to move out.
In the end, about two and a half hours after the schedule, three movers have arrived. It took them about 6 hours, more then double than the original time estimate; of course, they charged by the hour.
I would not recommend this company for the faint-hearted or the financially conservative person.
