I had a residential move and everything was booked and arranged by telephone, email and online. Communications were excellent. No commitments were missed. Cost estimate was calculated using sky moving and storage worksheet, then discussed by telephone with a pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable representative. Movers arrived on time; worked with minimal breaks; communicated well; completed the job efficiently. There was no loss or damage. No surprises with the final bill. Cost was slightly less than the estimate. Lead man was a professional who took pride in his work and was equally proud of his company. Other two men were hard-working and pleasant. They all worked well as a team. In summary, everything went more smoothly than could be imagined and I don't have a single complaint
