Delivered wrong customer items/overcharge for delivery services

Before my belongings were finally delivered, I submitted a BBB complaint regarding delayed delivery. This was before AM-PM delivered the wrong items to me almost 3 weeks after the first available date. Although wrong (they had possession of my items for weeks without me asking for them to be stored) they made no effort to set up another delivery date quickly. I waited an additional 10 days and then was overcharged for services which were not rendered. Beware of 1) $75 for long haul and 2) $75 for moving a sofa to a second floor location; both did not occur however the driver was instructed to collect an additional $150 without being told the reason.
During the entire ordeal, the company made no effort to contact me letting me know of the status of my delivery. I initiated the calls and emails which were never answered. The controller of the process "Nir" was rude and gave conflicting information which caused me to wait for deliveries that never happened. When I complained about needing my items for work, he responded by saying "File a complaint." There was no attempt to make amends for the failed delivery when someone elses items were being off-loaded at my door. Scheduling is done according to the contracted drivers AM-PM finds. There was no integrity in getting delivery near the date chosen. Per 'Nir" I have to find a truck...the truck didn't get here." Also, the truck will make multiple stops was another issue. Per "Nir" if I wanted a direct delivery, I should have paid extra...file a complaint!
This company should not be used under any circumstances. I have filed a complaint with the claims service for 1) delayed delivery and 2) overcharging. This action was one AM-PM had no problem suggesting that a customer do which is very scary.
