In the beginning my rep was great then all of a sudden my supposed stress free move went to my boyfriend fighting with the movers and me in tears. They were almost 12 hours late on pick up then charged me 800 dollars more than my orginal quote. The driver who called seemed friendly at first then turned to a raged mean man who kept raising the price he could not get his 18 wheeler in my apartment complex so he proposed us to get a Uhaul and he and his helpers would load and unload then all of a sudden they would not take my cashiers check ONLY MONEY ORDER so I had to ask my mother for the remaining balance it took 2 hours for her to send the money from Oregon. he then said everything was our fault and he was going to charge us 600 extra dollars plus storage fees. He called me every 5 minutes yelling at me then hanging up and raising the price even more I then contacted the owner of the company and he told me I was SOL and that we were being disrespectful my boyfriend chews tobacco and spit while the driver was talking to him thats when the driver went off and said in his country that's a sign of disrespect that's pretty much what started the whole move from hell. Never ever ever ever use them. Oh and as for them moving my stuff in they only loaded the Uhaul and then charged me an extra 200 bucks.
