AM PM MOVING & STORAGE has an F rating on the BBB for a reason! I have been moving every two years and this was the worst moving experience. The movers showed up late to pick up my items, were rude charged us $300 for tape and charged an extra $1,000 for "additional items". Once my items were delivered 5 out of my 8 dinning room chairs were broken. My wooden chest was broken, 2 of my office chairs had water damage. And they lost an original piece of art and instead delivered another customers mirror. When I called AM PM MOVING & STORAGE every sales rep I talked to..Drew, Nir, Kevin all lied to me saying they had the art, after a month of trying to find out when I would receive the piece and offering to pick it up they told me the item was missing.
When I was thinking about using this company versus other I noticed they had a lot of negative reviews. My sales rep, Drew, told me other moving companies wrote these reviews. He lied.
This company is unethical, deceitful, employees have low moral standards. You will be charged more than your original quote, you will have items that will be stolen and your items will be broken. DO NOT USE AM PM MOVING & STORAGE
