The drivers showed up late with a truck that was too small, after we told them that we needed a bigger truck before hand. They ended up strapping items to the outside of the truck after we told them that that was not ok. The free wardrobe boxes were not provided as stated by the owner himself (Jim). The date set for the arrival in SC came and the truck was nowhere to be found. A call to Jim at the office in Addison IL took place at that point and they had no clue where the truck was located. A few days later, they finally located the driver and found that he was in Indians with all our possessions and claimed to be having a nervous breakdown. Our belongings finally arrived in SC, days late, with only the small driver and his pregnant wife to unload the truck so we had to help. The unload revealed thousands of dollars in damage to a large number of items and our clothes were rolled up in packing blankets instead of in the wardrobe boxes that were promised. The owner called my mother a "crazy bitch" and refused to give any discount or refund of any kind. After a long dispute with the company, only $400 was issued as a refund for the terrible service and thousands of dollars in damage to our belongings.
