Never judge a man by his muscles. They had all the muscle but no training for how to move out tricky pieces of furniture. This time when we had to move back to Boston, I did my research thoroughly and Admiral van lines seemed like a really good option as their reviews were too good. They didn't promise me the strongest men but when the men showed up, all uniformed and ready to carry heavy things. They wrapped all my things ever so carefully, carried them with gentle touches and loaded them onto their highly equipped vans. They were very punctual too. I must admit Admiral van lines does charge a little more than your local moving company, but you lose a lot more money with these local companies as they badly damage your goods. Hiring a professional is much better than ending up with broken and damaged valuables.
