This company's services were entirely unacceptable. They dictated pick up and drop off dates and I had to work my move date around their services. After emptying my storage unit, they asked for more money than quoted. Even though their website said that they would accept credit cards, they would only accept cash. At drop off, they asked for additional money (which I refused to pay) for taxes. Not only was my furniture severly damaged, many items were stolen. I sent a claim to the owner via email (but he corresponds only by text messaging) and asked for a copy of his insurance claim and name of his provider. I still have not heard anything from him. I would not recommend using this company for any reason.
