These people are the biggest slimeballs I've ever worked with! They will lie, hang up on you, ruin your stuff and forget about timeliness! They were 4 days late with my pick-up (41 total phone calls I made to them asking when they would arrive). They promised to give me a huge discount but instead they charged me $1000 more than the original estimate! Then they stopped taking my phone calls when I got worried about them not showing up when they said they would (18 days late total!) The only reason they came when they did was because I had to get a guy from the DOT to negotiate with them on my behalf, otherwise I'm sure my stuff would still be circling the globe. Their customer service on a scale of 1-10 is probably a -7. Once they have your money they will hang up on you, refuse to take your calls and yell at you. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life! By the way, you have almost NO rights in an Interstate move so make sure you are going with a reputable company and DONT trust the BBB site!
