These guys earned every penny we paid.
They carefully packed our belongings in our 1BR/1BA apartment and small storage unit, which probably took a little longer than any of us anticipated due to how densley my wife and I filled the apartment over the last seven years.There was a slight miscommunication at the start of the day, so a few of the guys had to head back to HQ to get more packing supplies for us, but they did not charge for any of that time. The situation was handled professionally and calmly ... and they got the job done to our satisfaction at the end of the day.
These guys focused on the job at hand and were trained well and consistently re: how to handle customers courteously and with respect. ! I still recommend them
