Simply stated: This was my first experience in moving across country. I was so pleased that it was indeed a very positive experience, do to, in part, Xpress Movers. I made many phone calls, wrote many emails regarding pricing, availability, etc. I did my homework. Xpress Movers was the winner. From the very first phone conversation I had with Fillipe at Xpress Movers I was comfortable with the whole process presented to me. He was patient with my many questions and concerns, he was reassuring, thorough, and very professional. Initially, Fillipe quoted me a price for the shipping of 50 boxes of various sizes, from NY to California. After do some additional inquiries with other company I received a lower quote on my up coming move. I called Fillipe and asked if he could price match - and he did. The move cost me 1500.00. The driver was Dell Hicks. I couldn't have asked for a better mover. He took care with loading my boxes and gave me his phone number so I could keep in touch with him regarding who, when and what time someone would meet him when he arrived at the distination. My goods arrived in good condition and on time. Thank you , Xpress Movers and Dell.
