NEVER NEVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY unless you wanted to be CHEATED
We moved with them in October 2011. Their rep, Delmar Hicks, was very nice at the time we signed up. But the unpacking went horribly wrong. Del promised that he will resolve it and work with the owner and the staff to get us a refund. We kept chasing him and Annie Andreeva, the support rep, for several months until we gave up. Not only did Del abandon us, but Annie was extremely rude and not apologetic for their mess.
PLEASE STAY FAR FROM THEM. ALSO, OUR ESTIMATE DURING SIGNUP WAS 5K AND PER THE WEIGHING OF THE TRUCK IT TURNED OUT TO BE 9K.
We trusted the numbers then, but now its pretty clear that it was probably made up and is standard practice at this company.
