Xpress Movers lied repeatedly to us about when they would pick up our items, and they lied about why the pickup was delayed for a week. They did not tell us in advance that they wanted us to pay them before the items were removed from the truck and brought to the house. We had never before had such a demand. When we offered compromises, they were unreasonably stubborn. Don't use these people. If you have a problem, there will be no way to discuss or negotiate with them.
