A group of nasty people! Listen to my story: I had a quote from this company about 2 weeks from my planned moving date. It was the cheapest quote that I got from any moving company (exactly 1070 dollars) moving from Tennessee to Kentucky. They based the cost on the inventory list that I provided (Not based on weight) and asked me to contact them 24 hours prior to the actual moving date to give them the final list of items (and the boxes which I put an arbitrary large number initially). The senior consultant who contacted me (her name is Jennifer) asked me to choose 2 days window just in case of weather emergency and so I gave her the desired date and the day after it. I called her 4 days before the move to give her the final inventory list and she informed me that the dispatcher would contact me 48 hours before the planned date. Of course he didn't call me and next day I called her and she said that he was going to contact me around 6 pm. I waited until 6:30 pm without any call so I called her again and she connected me with an unprofessional rude manager (his name is Sergio) who told me there were no trucks available and I had to wait one more day or otherwise to choose a new company! (all without any apology or explanation especially when I told him that I this was unprofessional and you should have contacted me few days before that as I planned for the water, power and internet to be disconnected on the actual move date's evening. His response was: Either next day or get another company!). He said he will call next day and I waited until 6 pm next day and when I called his number (Sergio) he was off for the day and one guy (who doesn't even speak english) told me the truck is in the shop and I had to wait another 2-3 days! He didn't even let me finish talking to him and hung up on me. Next day at 10 am (I already reserved a Peneske truck as I realized they were a scam) I calle this Sergio at his number and when I told him this is Baha (my name which he knew) he answered: Yes, how can I help you?! I told him I was waiting for the truck and he said they cancelled the move as I had a fight with the manager (the guy who hung up on me) and they were going to reimburse me the 200 dollars (of course I cancelled my credit card which I paid from when I realized the fraud).
This is an actual story. I feel it is my responsibility to alert everybody about this disrespectful company. Please call me or email me if you have any question.
