Very poor customer experience and stuff was broken

I selected world moving services based on the "honesty" that Michael purported during our initial conversations only to be completely blindsided as the move progressed.
1) Michael mislead me as to the delivery date and never spoke of a "delivery window" during the sales processs
2) Michael never mentioned that they were a broker and they would outsource the services
3) Michael never mentioned that while I could pay the deposit with a credit card that I would have to have a cashiers check waiting for the team before they would offload my items.
4) Michael told me that I did not need to provide an exact list of items to be picked up just as long as I was under the poundage. While technically true, the moving service was not prepared for what I had to move which caused major problems.
So that was the front end, from there it just got worse. Mack Relocation Services was awful. Their people did not return phone calls, when the driver showed up to unload we waited over an hour for "help" to arrive. Once "help" arrived while he worked hard, he wreaked of alcohol. The driver's son and I ended up doing more than the driver who constantly complained of how tired he was and where he had to get to that night.
I would NOT RECOMMEND either company and will do everything I can to tell everyone about my experience.
