Disappointing move

At first I was impressed by this company when I spoke with them on the phone. The movers were calling us with one pick-up date while the offices were calling us with another. The same thing happened with the delivery. The office then started calling ME to ask ME when the movers were going to deliver. The estimate was WAY off. Our move ended up costing double what they quoted us. I also paid for our mattresses to be protected. Unfortunately, being a new mother, I was not personally there for the pick-up and did not see our belongings until they were already in storage for a day. Our mattresses, including the baby mattress were thrown into the storage locker, unwrapped and totally exposed. Once I paid them, phone calls were never returned. I have been calling them daily and end up being on hold for 20-30 minutes. Then I get a promise of "we will look into it and call you back". It has been a week since our delivery and there has been no call back. I am currently on hold with them again while I am typing this review.
