One of the WORST experiences I have had in this country!
I am an international student and I discovered in the worst possible way what a "booker" is. They never found a carrier, but the didn´t let me know until the last minute. When I tried to contact them they were rude, useless and above cynical. They made me cry from frustration more than once. It´s obvious that these things happen to them all the time and instead of helping they just decide to not answer the phone, or just keep you waiting on the line for hours.
Because I needed to be in my new job on time and I could not wait any longer, I had to cancel my plane ticket and drive an Uhaul by myself. At the beginning I thought it was a curse, but after I read other reviews and experienced all their crap, I felt blessed. Driving 22 hours was tiresome, but at least my things arrived on time, there were no damages, I was in control of the situation, and above all I learned why you should never trust this kind of companies.
By they way, it took them more that 10 days to return my deposit and I had to call 5 to remind them.
Please, run away from them as fast as you can. And if by any chance someone called Terrance Kern contacts you: hang up the phone!! Well, actually, if you want to make me a favor...could you please let him know that Nina Reyes thinks he is the most unprofessional person she has ever met? He is a lair, and a jerk. I tried to tell him myself, but after I paid my deposit I never heard back from him again.
