They wasted our time several times on the pick-up date, by being late and not notifying us (missed the pick up 4 different times). The company (the agent, driver, dispatch, etc) REFUSES to answer the phone. Not once were any of our e-mails, voicemails, or texts returned. If we were lucky enough to get the agent on the phone, we were hung up on immediately after saying our name.
Our furniture was moving all of 300 miles. We were told it would take 2-3 days to arrive. It took 33! Again, that was after wasting our time, rearranging our schedules to be there for a set delivery time, that never happened, nor were we notified about.
ADDITIONALLY we had lots of pieces missing upon delivery!
STAY AWAY FROM WORLD WIDE VAN LINES!!
