I know there are a lot of horrible reviews on here already, but we actually had criminals pick up our stuff and we had to call the POLICE when they stopped answering their phones, and could not be located with all of our earthly belongings. They only responded when the police tracked them down.
I didn't realise when I booked the move that Worldwide is just a booking company (con artists) not an actual moving company. They sub-contract crews, who then sub-contract to other crews. You will have no idea who actually has your stuff. Our things were actually moved, mid-move from one truck to another. When they finally showed up, they actually gave us the shake down for far more cash than we were supposed to give them and refused to unload our things until they got the cash. They were incredibly unprofessional with our stuff, and most of it arrived in pieces, and some items had been stolen.
We were originally quoted a "not to exceed" quote of $1,050. In order to get our belongings we had to pay over $3,000, mostly in cash, to the criminals that transported it.
It was a nightmare I will never forget.
We were never able to get any insurance money out of Worldwide. They will never call you back, or answer your emails. This is a huge SCAM. Stay far, far, far away from these people.
Others have said it, but it is amazing that what they do is considered legal.
