I had to coordinate a move for my elderly parents from their home in VA to assisted living in FL. The end result was that this company damaged some stuff. The main reason I wouldn’t use them again is because I couldn’t reach my representative when I needed to so due to poor customer service. Let put it this way, for the amount of research I did, it could have been worse.
