I reached out to Win Van Lines Santa Clara for help with my cross country move from California to New York. They had my items for 28 days. I had to call them to find out where my items were to never get a call back..never. I emailed them to only get a response after the subject line read DEEPLY DISMAYED. I was told by one person that my items were finally going to be loaded on a truck only to find out that I was lied to and that when they were on the way to New York somehow the driver had to turn around and come back because of a personal emergency? This of course added to my frustration and length of time before I finally received my items which was yesterday, July 16th. I gave them my items on June 8th! The customer service is deplorable. It is obvious that this company does not care about the customer, only their money. Move your money far away from this company!
