My review is a basic warning to look elsewhere if you want a reliable company to assist you with your moving needs. I reached out to Win Van Lines in Santa Clara to assist me with my needs to move from California to New York. According to their contract, unless you have an agreed move date they will deliver the items within 14 working business days . This company had my items from June 8th to July 16! I called several times and NEVER got a returned call..NEVER! I emailed them several times only to get a response after the subject line from me read "DEEPLY DISMAYED"! I had to call to the point of harrassment only to be told that my items were still in California in their storage facility, my rep who I signed the contract with no longer worked with the company and they literally LIED about when my items were supposedly headed to New York.
How would feel if they told you they were on the way but the driver had to come back because of a personal emergency and I would have to wait a whole week more to get my items? If you looked in the dictionary for the meaning of bad business the definition would be Win Van Lines in Santa Cruz. Need I say more?
