Check BBB, do a search Win Van Movers -they have many aliases for this company and many complaints. On ABC News!! For us, they estimated $1800 for a move. Scheduled pick up day 6/27/10 @ 7-9AM. Rec'd email 9:40PM 6/26/10 saying cancelled. Next day rescheduled 6/28/10 by 9AM. 4 men showed up at 1 PM. Said it would be an extra $1000 because we did not use bubble wrap? Said they would see us in AZ the next day, that is today 6/29/10. Never showed up. When called, they are unloading the stuff in a storage facility warehouse. Shock. Where? Why?? They wont say where. Said "should have read the fine print", they have 7 days to deliver the stuff. OK, empty house with 3 children and just have like overnight stuff, and they are holding the stuff and based on the internet searched I have done on the company we will be lucky to get out of this for under $6000.
