I am part of a group of 10 employees being relocated out to Columbus OH and all of us chose to use White Glove's Corporate Relocation Program. We were all told to document online our experience whether it was good or bad online. Albert and his team were really seasoned pro's and you could just tell by his demeanor he knew what to do and how to do it. The customer service was excellent and beyond a tiny chip on my nighttable nothing was broken(I am suprised the table made it all considering it was IKEA so two thumbs up and I will not be filing a claim in regards to it.
My only problem was delivery. After pickup it took 6 days to receive my furniture. I am not sure how well i understood that and I am not sure if it was ever explained to me. In their defense all of my coworkers seemed to understand it and were actually happy. They were under the impression it would take longer.
Overall it was a good job and I give two thumbs up and would reccomend.
