Dear Sir or Madam,
My husband and I travel extensively and have relocated 6 times in the last 17 years. all 6 of the Past relocations have been with the major carriers, Mayflower, United, Bekins etc., Each relocation was a range of disappointments ranging from poor to horrific. Problems occurred because the pick up crew and company were different from the delivery crew and company. there was no continuity of service.
We were referred by a friend to white glove and told to ask for mark Johnson in there vip sales office.
We explained that our relocation was large (6,200 square foot home) that we wanted full packing and full unpacking and that we have had many bad experiences and wanted the exact same crew that picked us up to do the delivery.
Mark made it easy and explained that they would start exactly on the date requested and that it would be 2 days packing and 1 day of loading the truck. The exact same team delivered us to California 5 days later. the friendly crew also un packed everything and removed all of the boxes and misc. and it was like we never even moved.
White glove was $19,000 higher that the next quote but it was completely worth it as it is the first relocation out of 7 that was exactly what we wanted. You get what you pay for and this is what our friend who referred us said also.
