Good customer service seems to be harder and harder to find these days which is why I like to acknowledge it when I see someone go above and beyond. This is the third time I've hired White Glove Moving for a long distance move because I've always been impressed by their professionalism and commitment to good service.
On Thursday, Julian and Arsenio arrived at our new home . It was a difficult move due to the layout of our building, but they never complained or let it slow them down. Julian especially was professional and a leader. He looked after the little details which sets White Glove apart from other moving companies. He went out of his way to make sure the bed skirt was on the box spring before they put down the mattress, made sure all furniture was tightened before leaving, made sure all furniture and boxes were placed where we wanted them, and did so with a smile.
In addition, I had a couple items that were damaged in the move. He took photos of the damage and made sure that I had the information to report it properly to White Glove. To make up for it, he hauled away the boxes that I was able to empty and breakdown while they were bringing up all the furniture.
Before they left on Thursday, I asked Julian for your information so that his good service didn't go unrecognized. Companies are only as good as their employees and you are lucky to have people like Julian and Arsenio working for White Glove because they represent the company well.
