This is the letter I wrote to Michael, my sales rep at White Glove, who asked me to post this letter online.
Dear Michael,
I just want to write to you and say "thank you" to you and White Glove Moving for all that you did for me. I can't express enough gratitude for the fact that my move went smoothly and without a hitch.
Even though your quote was not the lowest, I decided to book with you guys based on the fact that you seemed to be the most honest and knowledgable about everything. You answered my qustions promptly and took care of any concern I had, which made all the difference. I was weary about letting strangers into my home to pack all my furniture and boxes, but after researching your company I knew I would be getting professionals. Ali, the foreman, and his crew were so great to be around the day of my move. They were clean cut, professional movers who laughed and joked with me the entire time and made the process painless.
My things were just delivered Monday Oct 22, and everything was fine. The guys put everything where I wanted it and made sure I was happy before they left. Michael, your communication throughout this process was perfect. I am so glad I chose White Glove and from now on, anyone I know who is moving, or if I ever have to move again, I won't even consider another company. I am a White Glove customer for life.
