To recommend a service now a days is not an easy task, one has to make absolute sure that the service of that company is impeccable.
I am compelled to send this letter because I feel it’s the correct thing to do, thus the reason for copying this mail to my Director who I am sure will appreciate the contents .
From the very first moment that I spoke to you Frank I knew that I was dealing with a high performance, customer service professional. Everything seemed too good to be true and today I write this letter to thank you for making my move from Arlington VA., to Salt Lake City Utah a very pleasant experience. During the pickup your Foreman Emilio was very courteous and highly professional, I could tell he cared and my point was proven when after many hard hours the eight wheeler was on its way. The packaging was incredible .
Weeks later, and right on time I received a phone call from the other Foreman Diodi who made arrangements for me to meet him at my Apartment Complex. Unpacking was impressive, the care they took and the way the furniture was put back in place with nuts and bolts is something that is worth mentioning. I am now at my Apartment and can’t thank you enough Frank for your concern and for updating me almost on a daily basis. Your dispatcher Jennifer was ever so courteous each time we were on the phone. Please convey my best wishes to her.
You should be very proud of your organization and by the way, what helped me with my decision was your name, White Gloves , because when I was growing up my parents use to say, “treat them with white gloves and they will come back”
