We loved our estimater Casper he was efficient, sweet & did a great job helping me figure out the inventory
The weather on moving day was predicted to be raining. We figured the movers are professionals & if they cannot arrive on time (8:00am - 8:30am), they would contact us in advance. Our building only allows move-in until 5pm, so we advised Casper & White Glove we were working in a tight deadline. The mover arrived at 9:15 which bothered me and my husband a bit, they said they had to stop to buy extra floor protection due to the weather but late is late in my book even if it 45 minutes. So I thought we were getting off to a bad start.
When the move finally happened, the movers were fantastic, efficient, polite & careful with our stuff. I would recommend them & use them again in the future. But be careful if moving on a bad weather day.
