Estimate was done by Rick. Quote was 2700. Never told until the day of the move that the cost would be 3% more if we used a credit card. The estimate contained a bedroom set but did not include the headboard and footboard which when the movers arrived we were told was an additional charge.
We also were never told that the truck that picked up at our home was not the truck that was going to deliver the furniture. We were advised the day of the move that it would be loaded at our home, unloaded at a warehouse and stored until an 18 wheeler was going to the area. And also if the tracker trailer couldn't make it down our street it would be unloaded and reloaded to a smaller truck at an additional cost to us. It ended up costing us an additional 250 for the smaller truck. The men who actually loaded and unloaded the goods were just fine. It was the salesman Rick who failed to inform us of the extra charges even though he was at my home for over an hour. And when the mover actually arrives and tells you all this they have you over a barrel because at that point they have your deposit and it is to late for you to get another mover.
Would not reccommend this company to anyone.
