I moved from CT to Chicago, and had an empty house for 3 weeks. I set up my move 3 months in advance with several conversations about when my pickup and delivery would take place(all occastions Frank said, that is not a problem). Not until the day of the move was I told by my actual movers this could be delayed. I understood, but then I call to follow up and received inaccurate dates for my delivery 3 different times. Finally 17 days later they decide to show up. I will NEVER use White Glove again and I will NEVER refer anyone to White Glove for a long distance move.
