Good move but terrible claims process

We had a very good move with White Glove - reasonable quote, on time, packed most things well. During the move, one of our chairs was broken. I was disappointed but understand that sometimes it happens, even when a mover is careful. When I went to make a claim, I discovered that White Glove outsources its claims process. We submitted the claim over SIX months ago and still have not gotten resolution. Every time I call it is a different delay: they need more information (even though I provided everything they asked for, including the item's original receipt, photographs, repair shop estimates), the person is unavailable (they never return a call), or are just flat out dishonest/incompetent (they said they mailed it 3 weeks ago - never came; told me 4 days ago they would email it - never did). At this point I am guessing they count on people giving up on the process. It is a joke. If you never have to deal with a claim, White Glove is a great company. But this process has been a real hassle and left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure I'd use them again.
