Lets start at the beginning, I went online to get some quotes for my move from California to Nevada, within thirty minutes I must have gotten ten or more calls. I was a bit overwhelmed, none the less Desiree was probably the fifth person I had spoke with. She was really nice professional and had all the answers to my many questions. After we went over an inventory and she quoted me a price I wanted to shop around. West coast movers had the best price so I called Desiree back and after we agreed upon a set price she included some free services that I was grateful for such as I have two large flat screen TV's and a very expensive china cabinet, Desiree included in my contract that the movers would professionally crate those items at no additional cost, she also gave me a senior discount which was appreciated. The day of the move the guys showed up almost two hours late, but I didn't mind because at the end of the move my estimate had gone up about $400 but I had much more stuff than I originally thought I would be taking. The guys worked real hard and did a great job. Four days later my things were delivered by the same guys and they unwrapped my furniture and then put my beds and tables together for me. I was very impressed with the whole situation from start to finish. I would definetly recommend these guys to anyone doing a long distance move. I sent my brother to Desiree as well, he will be moving in the next couple months and he too will be going with west coast movers. Thanks west coast.
