When I was getting bombarded with phone calls out of all the calls there were only a couple that were polite and friendly Cheryl, was one of those people and I called her back first. She was very helpful answered all my questions went through the estimate very carefully and we went through the inventory very carefully as well to make sure I didn't forget anything. Explained difference between Cubic Feet and Weight told me where I could find on the internet about what she was telling me as well.
Everytime I called and changed my inventory she was always friendly happy to hear from me and took care of any and all changes right away.
The movers came out they were maybe 30 minutes later than expected which in this business from what I've read is excellent. They explained everything they were going to do and were careful with my furniture. It did go up a little bit because at last minute I ended up with a couple more boxes. Nothing to surprise me with.
When it came time for delivery there was a slight delay because dirver hit one of the bad storms that we had and delayed him aday but did get phone call to let me know when they were coming and time frame so I'd be ready and not have to wait all day.
All and All I'd say I had a great experience compared to some other people and I would most happily recommend West Coast Movers especially Cheryl. Thanks everyone
I did have a couple items that broke but I can see that on one of them I didn't pack it as well as I should of and I can see that it could of been because of how I packed.
Other was a table that was press board and not very sturdy so nothing that was of grat importance.
