We were quoted 1700, were estimated in terms of weight 3900 lbs, and I have never used a moving company before. I relied on their expertise, of which they have none. I took half of what i told them I would have off, and I was still 4,000 lbs over weight. This move was from mn to ohio, and when the mover was there he tells me the amount will be 3800 and that he will only accept us postal money order, even though we haul, said a cashier check would be acceptable. Our bank is based in mn, so because the amount was double the estimate, it took us several hours to get that kind of cash, they said ok, we'll wait for you, but it will be another $600. They also said that if they couldn't get their truck into the apartment they would charge another $700 for a transport service. So they charged 4500, and the scratched and knicked...every single piece of furniture, completely broke a tv, and a stand to another tv was cracked into pieces. We haul was fradulent, but professional movers was just criminal, changing terms, being unreasonable, and holding my things as collateral until I did whatever they wanted....NEVER EVER USE WE HAUL OR PROFESSIONAL MOVERS,
