Avoid Wehaul at any cost!!!!!

They were quick to take my deposit and promise a delivery date. After they received my deposit, I had a hard time getting a hold of them. Move was scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday early morning. I was told that i would be contacted 3 days before about the pick-up time. They did not have a carrier until one day before scheduled move. I told them before i signed the contract that i need to have my house cleared on Tuesday or early morning Wednesday otherwise I could not sell it. I told them that i will have to make other arrangements as i did not get a confirmed pick-up date on Monday night. They would not let me out of my contract til Wednesday morning. Fortunately i was able to find a different company at the last moment. Wehaul has still not given me my deposit back. Not only did i almost not sell the house because of them, now i cannot reach the supervisor to clear up why I still have not gotten my $900 deposit back. They lied to get me to sign their contract and get my deposit and afterwards were just not doing any service. I am beyond upset. Would not wish this Wehaul experience on anybody. My recommendation is to avoid these Wehaul brokers. I used Noise with united van lines and they were super helpful and saved my situation.
