They took almost three times as long as they promised, and that was the BEST part of doing business with them. They picked up the goods - that part went great. Only one person showed up, but I helped him get the truck loaded. It was downhill from there, because then I waited and waited. They were very difficult to contact. They would ignore phone calls, voice mails, and emails. They would promise to call, but then not bother. After waiting over 100 days to hear back about my insurance claim, I was told I should have assumed it was rejected because "they had been ignoring me".
(Note: this was a canadian move, but I chose states with equivalent distance between them).
