1. MOVING VAN WAS NOT SCHEDULED AS PROMISED. GOODS WENT TO WAREHOUSE FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
2. WE WERE NOT TOLD MOVE WOULD NOT BE ON TIME.
3. THREE DAY MOVE WINDOW CAME AND WHEN I CALLED VON PARIS THEY DID NOT KNOW THE LOCATION OF OUR GOODS.
4. I CALLED UNITEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. THEY LOCATED THE TRUCK AT A MOVER IN OUR AREA.
5. GOODS DELIVERED 4 DAYS AFTER THE LAST PROMISE DATE.
6. GOODS WERE SHIPPED IN A BOX TRAILER NOT A MOVING VAN. ?????
7. ANTIQUE FURNITURE WAS BROKEN. POORLY PACKED.
8. 3 ITEMS MISSING ALONG WITH THE INVENTORY SHEET THEY WERE ON.
9. VON PARIS HAS NO ANSWER AS TO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MISSING ITEMS OR THE INVENTORY SHEET. ( COINCIDENCE I WONDER ??? )
10. THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS AT THIS TIME.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VON PARIS TO MY WORST ENEMY.
