I rang up at relatively short notice and left a message on the voice mail. Andy rang back and we picked a slot later that week. Boxes delivered in advance two days before moving date , confirmations on the day of the move, everything very efficient. They were three very pro movers, four hours, one big van - move done! I would recommend Virginia Beach Movers to everyone!
