I called all over approximately 45 days in advance even confirmed 2 weeks later and got my appt time and fees in writing. Come the day of moving ..my apt block was from 1-3 pm..at 12:45 I get a call from a man I can't even understand telling me they would be here is ow at 5:30 !!! I explained that I purposely asked for an early apt because as w any apt I still have to clean ..he had the nerve to tell me at 12:45 pm in a Saturday that I could try to find someone else.. he said he'd call his manager n I didn't hear back .. went looking for the local address ..funny both addresses listed on their website ..visited the buildings n no such company no one was answering phones so we re stuck moving at night 5 hours later w no apology or explanation y an appt I made a month ago couldn't be up held nor could I speak to ne one in charge and weirder than that no company were the addresses were listed
