I would NEVER use Virgin Van Lines again. My delivery was late. I repeatedly called to check on where my goods were and could never get a solid answer. Every time I called I was told they would be delivered in 1 - 2 days, this went on for almost three weeks.
I was threatened with an extra $500 charge because I could not be at home the exact hour at which they called me. The company they outsourced the delivery too was rude and threatening, going so far as to ask me if I wanted a fight, because they could tell me I would not win. When this issue arose I tried to call the manager, Carri who I had been dealing with for several weeks, I was placed on hold.
I had to get leave at the last minute from my job in order to take delivery without paying the extra money.
Once the truck arrived there was a considerable delay in unloading my things.
Then 5 items, including very expensive equipment vital to my job were missing from my delivery.
This company is THE WORST and should not be trusted.
I would like to say the driver did his best but cannot produce items that were not on the truck.
