Warning!!!! These people Denny & Michelle do nothing but lie!!! I haven't received my stuff since 7/19/13!!! They give me dates of delivery & tell us our stuff is leaving on this date or that date & it has been nothing but lies, hell, & a nightmare with them! Their phone calls get forwarded to an exchange service so they don't have to deal with upset customers, their excuses for our stuff still being in a NJ storage has been because two of their trucks broke down, the storage unit manager has been changed at the storage unit in NJ, & now that the driver that took our stuff to the storage unit in NJ, after storing everything, he disappeared & took off with money! Supposably, the truck drivers name & phone number was the only contact the storage had, and Virgin Van lines I just found out today has been delinquent in paying the storage unit rent for the past 2 months! Everyone's stuff in these 3 large units they rent, was getting ready to be put off for auction!!!! Because I provided the storage unit manager with Denny's name & company phone number, she talked to him & he paid today for the units. They have until the 28th for the stuff to stay there. When the storage unit manager asked Denny where my stuff was, he stayed quiet & didn't answer. I have been very patient & so has my employer. Beware! They DO NOT return phone calls, so don't leave messages. He gave me the address during the week to the storage unit where my stuff is supposably stored at. He couldn't even provide me with the name of the storage company & phone number today. I had to google the address myself & find it! They are a very shady company. I don't even know for a fact if my stuff is in one of those storage units, because these people are full of lies!!!!! Maybe they stole our stuff, kept it, or sold it!!! My employer is looking into the next steps of filing legal action because they paid them to move me. I have Michelle's email & their fax number. I have used these routes of communication with them & get no response. By the way, all of a sudden people we have talked to, no longer work there. I believe they make up names of people that really don't exist there as employees.
