It is obvious that this company is posting fake reviews. How ironic that 3 months after my move another military member moves from California to Virginia.
UPDATE: My items were delivered as promised within the 10 days however EVERYTHING was damaged or broken. My 2014 motorcycle is now inoperable and has multiple scratches. My Sony TV is cracked, my kitchen glasses were shattered. Marble is chipped, table broken and all wood on bed, server, and dressers and chipped and or scratched. Don’t believe me…CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS POSTED!
After all the damages and broken items the third party management company Anthem (NOT an Insurance company) sent a letter suggesting Viper pays $186 for my damages. I've contacted Viper and now I am getting the run around and being lied to about staff names. Apparently there are several staff members with the same name (ALEX) but different job titles.
I have not been reimbursed for the repairs I had to pay for after Viper movers ripped up my flooring due to carelessness.
Save yourself the trouble... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They aren't BBB approved for a GOOD reason!
I’ve called several time to speak to an owner or manager and was given the run around. The “employees don’t seem to know basic info such as license #, US DOT #, MC #, supervisor name or where about.
