While everything started off well - very professional and all, the whole experience was good.
They damaged slightly, few scratches my bed while assembling it back. I called their office (call taken by Max) and he said that they would send someone to fix it or if not reparable, (same as other minor objects, like a mirror and a vase) will pay for the damages.
Update:
However after I posted this review, they have taken a lot of efforts to make things right. They have compensated me for the damage to the bed and smaller items.
From all this what I can say is they are an earnest and professional business. Things do go wrong. It happens. What I liked is the effort they put in making it right.
