Move with them a couple weeks ago. My wife booked with them without consulting me. I called to cancel and Jenny explained to me the price and what they include. I wanted to go with another company and she told me that it was all cool, but before making a decision to check for DOT numbers and some other things. Bottom line I was willing to book with a broker without even knowing!
Anyway, VIPER was good. Came on time (actually requested if I could do it the day before, I refused but all OK). Moving from OR to VA and took them about 10 days to receive my stuff, which was perfect for me.
