They quoted us 8500$ to move our household goods from our home and storage to WA state. When they arrived they told me it would be another 2500$ to pack the house-even though we already paced our goods. They said it was an insurance requirement. When i said i had no mor money to cancel and stop their work. They told me i still had to pay the 8500$ because it was less than 24 hrs. So... They extorted another 2500$ for a total of 10k. They promise there would be no more money required. They were to make a stop at our rental house and one at the storage unit we rented. They arrived early sunday and refused to deliver to the house without more money. So the dropped all of our belongings at the storage unit. The driver hired day laborers off Craigslist to offload / unpack and uncrate all of my belongings in the rain outside the storage unit. When we arrive late Sunday the driver had already left because he wanted to watch the Superbowl. He did not pay the workers. My flatscreen TVs were left outside in the rain. My glass desk was totally demolished, my coffee table was broken. They kept saying everything would be okay- it wasn't. My brother passed away so i have not had a chance yet to file my claim forms.
