This is a very unprofessional and unreliable agency. They took the booking amount and committed a date for pickup. They did not turn up on the committed date and time. Worst of all, my calls and emails went unanswered.
They called next day and simply backed out saying they don't have the truck and crew to do the work. They kept asking me to understand their problem, instead of finding ways to meet their commitment.
I had to vacate the apartment and take a flight out the next day which I had told them well in advance. However, they had no concern and only kept repeating that they do not have the crew and trucks.
Please avoid using this moving agency.
